What happens to your request

Version 1.9.0 · in effect from 26 August 2026

You are reporting a problem to the organisation you are reporting to. You do not need an account, and one is not created for you.

What we ask for. Your name, a way to reach you, what the problem is and where it is. A photo, if you choose to add one.

Who sees it. The maintenance team at the organisation you are reporting to. They decide what happens to your request, and they are the ones who will get back to you.

Where it is kept. Maintenance work at the organisation you are reporting to is managed in Sitekeep, run by Tilak Kumar G, sole proprietor trading as TurtleByte. We hold the request on their behalf and do nothing else with it: we do not sell it, we do not send you marketing, and we do not build a profile of you. Your details are not shared with anyone outside the people needed to run the service — the full list is in our privacy policy.

One automatic check. Before your report goes through, we check that it came from a person and not a machine, using a service called Cloudflare Turnstile. It sees your IP address and a little about your browser — not your name, your message, or your photo.

How long it is kept. For as long as the organisation you are reporting to keeps its maintenance records. That is their decision, not ours.

Changing or removing what you sent. Ask the organisation you are reporting to — it is their record. If you write to us at [email protected] instead, we will pass your request to them and tell you we have.

This is not an emergency channel. Nobody watches this page around the clock. If someone is hurt, or there is fire, gas, or flooding, call your local emergency number and tell someone on site.

More detail, including who else helps us run the service and how long we keep things, is in the privacy policy.
